My daughter and I stopped in the Brantford store location because my daughter lost a screw in her glasses and the lens came out. My daughter can’t see at all without her glasses. Sanober who was working there when we went in was very friendly and quickly put a new screw in my daughter’s glasses. UPDATE May 31, 2025. Been close to a year with first lenses from Krystal and they are like day one. No scratches and still very clear.
